Q1: When will I receive my GS50 from you?

A: Your order will start delivery by May 27, when the first orders ship. GS50 pre-order quantity is limited, we'll ship by order date on a first come first serve basis. Final delivery timelines depend on the delivery address and how soon delivery can be scheduled.

Q2: How will I know when my GS50 has shipped?

A: After your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please check email spam folders if you do not see it in your inbox.
You can also log in to your account, if you created one, or you can check your order status by clicking here

Q3: Can I change the address after the order was placed?

A: Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. However, BenQ gladly accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team.

A: We’ll send out the gift card after 30 days of your invoice date. The gift card will be directly sent to the email address you use to purchase on BenQ.com.
